Could you tell us a bit about yourself and how you started training?

I have been athletic all my life. I was a competitive gymnast for ten years. I got into the fitness industry at the age of 16. I turned pro at the age of 18 years old, making me the youngest WBFF pro ever. I have competed in 7 Wbff shows, 3 of them being Pro shows including Worlds where I was ranked 5th in the world.

How do you stay motivated?

I am not always motivated to hit the gym or to get in all my meals,  But I do it because I have goals and I know no one is going to do it for me. I am very disciplined when it comes to reaching my goals. I set my mind to something and I do it!

What is your current work out routine?

I always isolate my body parts when training. I train legs heavy 2x per week and my upper body 3x per week.

What is your diet like?

My diet consists of high protein, low carbs and low fats with a couple cheat meals per week!HEALTHY-FITNESS--INSTAGRAM-MODELS

Do you bulk or stay lean year round?

I would say I stay pretty lean year round, not competition lean but I still maintain a very healthy, strong look.

What 3 exercises have contributed to building your physique?

I cant really pick 3 you have to train all body parts and perform various exercises to get a well rounded physique.

How often do you perform cardio?

My cardio in my off season is very minimal. Depending on if I have a shoot coming up and I’m trying to get more lean I will do more. But it usually is around 2-3 30 minute sessions per week. When I am competing my cardio is kicked up a knotch but only towards the end of my prep so I can lean out.

Whats your favorite music artist when working out?

I love listening to hip hop and rap!

Whats your favorite cheat day snack?

Oh boy! How do I chose just one?! I’m a HUGE breakfast person. I love red velvet waffles, chocolate chip pancakes, anything sweet!

People are always asking me how to lose weight and how to get abs. It is more of what you are putting into your body. You can not out train a bad diet. You have to have a strict diet and training regimen and most importantly consistency is key!

What is your greatest achievement so far?

Becoming a WBFF Pro
