Celebrate Summer: Fresh with a Cocktails for your next party

It’s time to raise a glass to America! We’ve rounded out our four favorite DIY cocktails by AFROHEAD Rum to sip and enjoy this 4th of July. Throwing an American Bash? We have your signature party drink covered with a specialty punch with AFROHEAD being a simple drive away to your favorite liquor store. 
 
Strawberry Rhubarb Punch
12 oz Fresh Lime Juice
12 oz Simple Syrup
1 bottle AFROHEAD Rum Briland 07
Juice 3 cups of Rhubarb Juice in juicer
Blend 3 cups of Rhubarb Juice in blender with two cups of ripe strawberries
Glass: Punch Bowl
Method: Combine all ingredients with a bit of ice into the punch bowl with thin slices of lime, rhubarb and strawberries. Mix together and serve.

Passionfruit Mojito
1.5 oz AFROHEAD Rum Briland 07
.75 Fresh Lime Juice
.75 Simple Syrup
.75 Passionfruit Puree
Fresh Mint Springs
Spritz with Club Soda
Glass: Collins Glass
Method: Place mint lead at the bottom of the collins glass and gently press. Muddle watermelon inside cocktail shaker, pour all ingredients except club soda into mixing glass and top with crushed ice. Cap glass with tin and shake vigorously. Pour entire contents into collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with mint crown and watermelon wedge. 
 
Poppin’ Fro
2 oz AFROHEAD Rum Briland 07
1/2 oz Fresh Sweet Corn Syrup
Lemon Bitters
Glass: Rocks Glass
Method: Add all ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass. Stir all ingredients and strain over large cube into rocks glass. Garnish with salt and lemon zested popcorn.
