THE LEVI’S® BRAND & SZA TO KICKOFF MUSIC FEEDS ME CONCERT SERIES AT THE CAMDEN CHILDREN’S GARDEN

Community Kickoff Concert to be held at Wiggins Waterfront Plaza

The Levi’s® Brand and SZA are partnering to launch “Music Feeds Me”, a Summer Concert Series that will be held at the Camden Children’s Garden to unite and rally Camden, New Jersey around music and food. The inaugural series kicks off with a performance by SZA & Friends and will feature various other artists throughout the summer. The goal is to create a positive impact on the local youth and establish a summer long program that enables creativity, exposure to music and the arts, community gardening, and healthy living. Each month, local musical talent will host workshops and perform in the Camden Children’s Garden. Demonstrations will be led by community experts and special guests from the world of music and food.

The concert series is being supported locally by Camden County, City of Camden, (DCCB) – District Council Collaborative Board, and the Camden City Parking Authority.

Highlights include:

About Camden Children’s Garden

The Camden Children’s Garden opened in July 1999 as a waterfront attraction is designed for children and families. The garden is a special place to explore and discover the natural world. The four-acre garden provides horticultural experiences for creative and imaginative play. The Garden includes three indoor attractions, the popular Philadelphia Eagles Four Seasons Butterfly House, the tropical exhibit, Plaza de Aibonito and Ben Franklin’s Secret Workshop. Other exhibits include a Dinosaur Garden, Maze, Tree House, Picnic Garden, CityScapes Garden, Storybook Gardens and the Fitness Garden. Visitors can round out their visit by riding the Garden Carousel, Arrow River Train and the Spring Butterfly Ride. The Camden Children’s Garden welcomes thousands of visitors each year from across the Delaware Valley.

The Camden Children’s Garden is open Wednesday thru Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
