New York Fashion Week is over. Many talented designers have showed their work and many trends have been picked up. Diane Von Furstenberg, Public School and more show what’s next for #ss16.

The queen of elegance, Diane Von Furstenberg, not only brought new fashion out on the runway, but also a new beauty trend. Mermaid eyes were seen on every model, including Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Karlie Kloss, who walked down the runway. The metallic blueish- green hue of shadow will definitely be in every fashionista’s make up bag this spring.

Black Midi Skirt

Zac Posen, Public School and Victoria Beckham all had a common piece in their collections. A black midi- skirt and dress appeared at least once in every collection. They will be essential for every business woman to be comfortable and chic during the warmer months this spring and summer. Everything about it is chic from the color to the shape.

Bohemian

Tommy Hilfiger threw a beach party on the runway to show his Bob Marley inspired collection. It included a major reggae, bohemian vibe. His collection is perfect for all the beach goers this summer. The whole line included knit, colorful bikinis and cover ups. He did not abandon the line’s roots. The burgundy track suit made its way down the runway styled to match the feel of the collection with mesh insets.
