Maximo Sorrentino is OUT and about!
Actor Maximo Sorrentino is an American actor who made his film debut in 1983. He was cast as young Peter Baker in the hit film Sleepaway Camp. This debut left an acting bug in his heart and a dream in his soul. Maximo always knew he was destined for fame, but did not realize that it would take him until 2009 to see his vision flourish.
In 2009, Maximo and his siblings made guest appearances alongside his brother, The Situation, in MTV’s hit series Jersey Shore. The fans seemed to have enjoyed watching the entire family. In 2014, the series The Sorrentinos aired on TVGN (TV Guide Network) and was a success. From there, the family was featured on the TLC Network in Say Yes To The Dress. The episode was so popular that TLC aired the Sorrentinos again to do a special on Maximo’s sister’s wedding.
Maximo was the first in the family to be cast on Broadway in My Big Gay Italian Funeral in 2015. He has acted in a few feature films and recently…he made a huge announcement on prime time television. During their family episode on WE tv Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition, Maximo told the world he is gay. It was the first time he had revealed his true self to the public. He was received with love and compassion.
