NJ Housewives Teresa Giudice new book and support for Donald Trump
Inside the Making of “RHONJ” Star Teresa Giudice’s Second Memoir ‘Standing Strong’
“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice recently released her second memoir, “Standing Strong,” which documents her life since she was released from prison in 2015 for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.
The New York Times best-selling author has had a tough go at it since her release from prison, as her mother unexpectedly passed away and her husband, Joe Giudice, started serving time behind bars – a 41-month sentence (also for fraud), leaving Teresa to parent their four daughters alone.
In an exclusive interview with SOCIAL the Lifestyle Magazine, she revealed how she’s managed to stay strong through it all.
“I’m standing strong because I’m raising four daughters and now I have my 74-year-old dad living with me. So, I have to stand strong, because I have my four daughter and my dad relying on me.”
The reality star gets pretty candid in this book, even sharing with readers she’s not sure about the fate of her marriage when her husband gets released from prison.
“What made me really open up was after the loss of my mom. Like I said before, I got really angry and you know I was upset with my husband – I felt like he should’ve been on top of everything which he says that when he comes home he will be, so you know what—no one’s perfect, so everyone deserves a second chance.”
She hopes that her candidness and her willingness to share her journey with readers will help those going through similar situations.
“A lot of people do come up to me and say you’re so inspiring which that touches my heart—like if I could help anyone of course by all means that’s what I want to do.”
Her first memoir chronicled life before prison, the second memoir documented life after prison, and I was curious if there’d be a third memoir in the works for when her husband returns back home after his prison sentence.
