Next, we have driving with the windows open in your car, which may come as a surprise to you on this list. Nevertheless, the University of Southern California actually conducted a study on this. They found that harmful pollutants that come into your car while you are driving can cause lung damage. The best thing to do is open the windows to your car before you set off so you can cool it down in this manner.

Of course, do not let the health blunders above divert you from the obvious ways you could be hurting your health, for example, drinking too much alcohol or smoking.
