Philanthropy, helping others around me reach their goals, and generating more success in my business adventures

What would you consider to be your biggest challenge as a model so far?

In 2014 I tore both of my shoulders performing a muscle up on the olympic rings. Subscapularis, bicep, and supraspinatus on the right. Supraspinatus, bicep and labrum on the left. It took 4 surgeries, a trip to the mayo clinic, and 3 years to recover. The last 6 months of it I had double shoulder surgery so I was without arms. In 2017 it put me back to ground zero with my physique and training.

So we’ll ask this for all your female fans, can you describe your perfect date?

I’d start out with something active like hiking, boating, or kayaking etc. Then dinner at a 5 star restaurant with an excellent view and delicious adult beverages.
