Interview with Antonio “Tony Montana” Para of Terror Squad

By  |

Since his beginning in the music industry in 2000, Tony Montana has been a presence in the rap scene from the hyphy sounds of the Bay Area to going “all the way up” in the streets of New York City.

Antonio “Tony Montana” Para, an infamous Terror Squad member, will be interviewing with us today to inform us of all the exciting and upcoming events and projects that the “Terror Squad” has coming in 2020!

We recently sat down with Antonio “Tony Montana” Para of Terror Squad for this interview and discussed everything about his current projects, new artists and what’s next for Terror Squad.

What are some of your new projects you have been working on?

There has been a lot going on especially on the music front! Fat Joe’s long-anticipated album “Family Ties” is coming out December 6. Which of course will have his newest hit “Yes” featuring Cardi B and Anuel, which samples Willie Colón and Héctor Lavoe’s “Aguanile.”

Other already released songs on the album are “Pick it Up” featuring Dre (of Kool N Dre) and “Attention” featuring Chris Brown. Joe is forever working and looking to expand his horizons, this time on the big screen! To follow up on his appearance on Kevin Hart’s “Night School,” Fat Joe is developing a comedy pilot titled Mi Nuevo Barrio. The sitcom will follow “a streetwise Puerto Rican auto mechanic from the South Bronx who moves his Dominican wife, son and mother-in-law to an upscale New Jersey suburb after coming into a large sum of money and discovers that fitting in isn’t as easy as it looks.”

What about other Terror Squad artists? Any projects in the works?

Tony Sunshine, the Bronx legend and longtime #TerrorSquad member released two recent singles and videos, “Shots fired” in August and “Bruce Leroy” in October. Tony Sunshine is still one of the most talented and versatile in the game and is focused on his return to the top of the hip-hop charts. Tony is also currently working on his EP which should be released in the early part of 2020. @iamtonysunshine

One of the newest members of the Terror Squad Family is UFO Fev, a Puerto Rican true hip-hop lyricist from East Harlem. UFO Fev released two EP‘s this year the first being “B.I.B.L.E.” Or “ Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth,” which was released earlier this year. The second EP was “Emigres”, with his underground hit “running it” which was released this summer ‘19. Fev also released his hit single “Wraith” featuring Fat Joe and Kent Jones and is dropping another single “Night Clubs” in January 2020. @ufofev

TS also has a new sound coming out of the Bronx, a Dominican R&B vocalist/songwriter named Angelica Vila. Angelica released two hit singles and videos this year, early this year with “More in the Morning” and then in the fall of this year with “All I Do is 4 You.” Both of which got her the honors of signing with rocnation! @angelicavila

Then, of course, there is Remy Ma! Who took a short break after giving birth to her beautiful daughter, has gotten back into the lab with the new unreleased single entitled “two of America’s most” featuring fellow Bronx, artist Cardi B. That is the one to look out for in the upcoming months!

I heard that The Terror Squad is expanding to different industries other than music?

Well of course with all the opportunities that music has given us to expand we have done so. First, was with the opening of Up NYC back in 2016. The uptown Manhattan shoe and clothing store known as “the home of the wave” located at 3806 Broadway (@upnyc) in Washington heights which exhibits fashions Newest Styles and Newest shoe trends. Coming straight out of the heart of fat Joe’s love for sneakers and fashion, Up NYC has now expanded to a second location in New York located at 519 W. 207th St. in Dyckman.

We are also working on a Terror Squad merchandise and Clothing line. This will feature hip-hop style streetwear from T-shirts to sweatsuits from slides to hats and workout gear for both men/women and children. All merchandise will feature the legendary “TS” logo. On the upcoming website www.terrorsquadclothing.com you’ll be able to purchase all Terror Squad merchandise at any time across the globe. The upcoming website will also entail upcoming events, shows, and concerts for all TerrorSquad acts. Including booking information and ticket sales.

What else do you want people to know about?

Terror Squad members are continuing to expand into clothing, movies, new music, concerts, and events! Fans can wear TS clothing, listen to music, go to events and concerts and make the entire family part of the lifestyle with the new clothing line! We are always looking for ways to expand and find new opportunities so we will keep you posted on all our future news on our website!
