If you employ people, and you want to grow, then use them. Speak to them. Ask them if they’ve worked in similar businesses. What went well? Money off or free delivery usually works well. Get reviewers involved. Send out some free items for them to test and write about. The publicity will flow naturally enough afterwards. Tell your existing customers if you can. You might have a mailing list you can use. Or, if you operate in a store you might want to fix up your advertising to ensure that you’re getting the message across. If you run a sales team, ask them to talk about it when they’re selling your existing products.
