Get more sleep
The most obvious solution to feeling exhausted all the time is simply to get more sleep. The truth is that most people simply aren’t sleeping enough. We tend to try and squeeze so much into the day but that means that sacrifices need to be made. And the one thing that’s sacrificed more than just about anything else, it’s sleep. This is a terrible idea. The truth is that you really have no choice but to try and make changes in your day to allow you to get more sleep.
Fix your diet
It’s hardly surprising that your diet can have an impact on your health, but a lot of people don’t realize just how much of a difference it can make to your alertness during the day. If you’re not properly hydrated then that’s going to leave you feeling seriously lethargic. Likewise, eating foods that are high in salt and saturated fats is going to leave you feeling bloated and tired no matter how well-rested you are. It might seem obvious but drinking plenty of water and eating things like fresh fruit and vegetables can make a huge difference.
