You might think that a set of scales is the best way to measure your progress.  This isn’t the case. Your weight can fluctuate quite a bit depending on a number of factors. So if you’re watching the calories or counting your macros then this is the app for you.  It makes it really easy to track your food as it has a huge database of foods.  If you can’t find what you’re looking for it also has a barcode scanner you can use. It also integrates with your Apple health app too so you don’t need to put the info in twice.
