Tackle the Jobs You Dread First

You also need to pay close attention to the type of food you are eating throughout the day. If your diet consists of processed foods and sugary sodas, you will have a hard time maintaining high energy levels.

Healthy diet changes include incorporating healthy proteins and leafy greens at lunch, and packing healthy snacks. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and avoid caffeine in the afternoons. 

These healthy changes may have the added bonus of helping you lose some weight. Before you start any new diet or exercise program, be sure to consult with your primary care physician.
