While traveling throughout Italy this week, my friend and I came across the most quaint and appetizing restaurant, Pinsa e Buio. From the decor to the lighting and the service to the art, dinner was nothing short of spectacular in this east Roman hot spot.
There was not an empty table in the whole house with the restaurant that looked like it seated 100-150. The menu has many options for vegetarians and carnivores like me… jk but I love my meat! There were so many options translated into English for convenience so don’t worry about the language barrier at this fabulous spot where the locals flock.
The food was divine and I would rate this as certainly a must stop while you’re in Rome on business or pleasure. We enjoyed locally made wine and appetizing dishes that’ll make your mouth water for the perfect flavor pairing.
