New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) is pleased to announce that construction will commence on the highly anticipated Oak Hall dormitory on June 1, 2025. This state-of-the-art residence hall will significantly enhance the student living experience and contribute to the vibrant campus life at NJIT.

Building on the success of previous collaborations, NJIT is once again partnering with Terminal Construction Corporation and Niles Bolton Associates to bring this transformative project to fruition. Notably, Netta Architects is also a key partner in this project, contributing their expertise and vision to the design and implementation of Oak Hall.

Oak Hall will provide modern, comfortable, and well-equipped living spaces for NJIT students, fostering a strong sense of community and supporting their academic success. The new dormitory is designed to meet the evolving needs of students, incorporating innovative design elements and sustainable features.
