Tis the season to be Jolly and what a time to be a sneaker head! Every year there are special releases that brings joy to the hearts of sneakerheads and those releases usually come during the holiday season. Jordan Brand has been gifting sneaker fanatics with a new Air Jordan 11 for the last couple of years now. We have received the Breds, Concords, Cool Greys, Gamma Blues, Columbia’s, Space Jams, and now the “72-10”. This model is used to commemorate the amazing season that Jordan accomplished during the 1995-1996 season when him and his fellow Bulls achieved the NBA’s greatest record in the regular season. They went on that year to win their fourth NBA championship by defeating the Seattle SuperSonics, which then lead to two more championships and completing their second three-peat.
This model features a translucent toebox, an all black tumbled leather upper, and black leather featured along the back of the shoe. A red Jumpan is featured on the upper as well as an all white bottom with a clear sole. To top it off Jordan Brand has 72 on one lace tip and 10 on the other. Many fans have been clamoring for this shoe since rumors came about their release date earlier this year. This will be the hardest Jordan release to grab this year and are sure to create a frenzy when they release this Saturday, December 12th for the price tag of 220$.
Many fans question why Jordan Brand has decided to yank up the price to 220$? This has been a common thing and we have seen prices rise every year. Hopefully, we see the prices of Jordan release become stagnant, but the more hype they create the higher the prices rise. Check out the slick images below by Finishline and Nike, and be sure to fight for your pair this Saturday.
